About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer demand
  • Operate bakery equipment and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
  • Proven experience in a bakery or related environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
