Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to project managers in achieving operational objectives.
  • Assist with tender submissions and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage tender platforms, estimate works, and populate costing spreadsheets efficiently.
  • Negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
  • Monitor contractual compliance and track variations on jobs meticulously.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural plans and develop cost estimates accurately.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale projects over $50 million in value.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Previous experience in staff management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and principles.
  • Ability to communicate and manage various external stakeholders successfully.
