In-House Legal Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding senior legal role with a leading international organization. As a commercially astute lawyer, you will enjoy applying your technical expertise and business acumen to assist with the development and management of dispute resolution, legal functions, and commercial contracts.
The company requires substantial legal advisory work, and this role will involve ongoing engagement on complex commercial and contractual matters, including litigation, supplier disputes, defective product claims, misleading conduct, and debt recovery.
You will be involved in managing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, as well as utilizing your broad legal skill set.
Litigation work will include general commercial disputes, while commercial work will involve exciting contract negotiation and drafting, deals involving imports, intellectual property, and digital transformation.
You will possess a minimum of 5 years (and no more than 10 years) experience working in the commercial legal field, either in-house or for a strong law firm.
