Job Title: In-House Legal Specialist

Role Summary: We seek a skilled and ambitious lawyer to support our in-house legal operations, ensuring business compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal support for contracts and transactions;
  • Stay up-to-date on legislative changes, update group policies, and communicate with stakeholders;
  • Assist with transactional matters, including negotiating and drafting complex agreements;
  • Support operational needs, such as contract interpretation and litigation management.

Required Skills:

  • At least 4 years of post-admission experience in construction law;
  • Ability to review and discuss key risks related to new tenders or bids;
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of industry-standard contracts and relevant legislation;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain a professional approach.
