
Dental Equipment Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our field service team in NSW. As a full-time Service Technician, you will work with customers across metro and regional NSW to install, maintain, and repair advanced dental equipment, contributing to improved patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair a wide range of dental equipment on-site and in-house
- Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to internal teams and external clients
- Collaborate with sales teams and promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance
- Accurately manage service reporting, inventory, and invoicing via our CRM system
- Maintain company-supplied tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standards
- Contribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks
You'll thrive in this role if you are proactive, personable, and enjoy working autonomously in the field. You're someone who takes pride in delivering reliable, expert service and building lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications & Experience- Certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Appliance Repair
- Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) – advantageous but not essential
- Radiation Safety Licence – advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in a field service, appliance repair, or technical support role
- Sound troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Valid driver's licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Willingness to work in a role that is physically demanding
- Excellent attention to detail and fault-finding ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer proficiency (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Highly organised with excellent time and workload management
- Able to manage competing priorities and see projects through to completion
