About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Leader to join our team in Baldivis. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program for primary-aged children.

Key responsibilities include creating daily plans and organizing activities, supervising and supporting a group of children, preparing and serving healthy food options, and building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships with children and families. You will also need to have completed or be studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid Working with Children Check.

Additionally, you will need to have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates, and be available to work from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
