About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Belt Splicing Workshop Supervisor to join our team at Allstar Blue. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our WA Field Service team based in our Kwinana Workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead, and mentor the WA Field Service Team, consisting of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Belt Splicers.
- Conduct performance appraisals and identify future supervisors/leaders and mentors.
- Coordinate and run Safety/Toolbox meetings.
- Ensure all Belt Splicing equipment is compliant for site.
- Ensure all Electronic equipment is tested and tagged.
Requirements:
- Extensive Belt Splicing and Supervisory background within a workshop/mining environment.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of Belt Splicers.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Strong People and Performance Management skills.
