About Full-Time Education Consultant Position

We are seeking a full-time Education Consultant in Melbourne to join our professional team due to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to international students on study plans, ensuring they achieve their academic goals.
  • Offer high-quality after-sale student service, catering to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Update knowledge base through self-directed learning and education partners' training, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to execute sales and customer service activities seamlessly, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support relevant marketing events and promotion initiatives, helping to raise awareness about the organization's services and attract potential clients.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to achieve results and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly efficient and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, able to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese, enabling effective collaboration with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Relevant counselling experience is highly valued, as well as Australian bachelor/master study experience.
  • A work with children check is mandatory for this role.
  • Current 485 visa holders, permanent residents or citizens of Australia are preferred candidates.
