
Sales and Account Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and career-orientated professional to fill a Sales and Account Development Manager role in our sales team.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity which may require some travel from time to time and offers flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new and existing customer relationships to grow and maximise sales revenue and trading margins
- Provide monthly sales and margin forecasts as well as reporting on actual results and national activity
- Maintain trusted, effective, and productive relationships with key, high value internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet and support shared objectives
- Maintain great working relationships across all key stakeholders within the organisation to ensure a well-coordinated approach to serve and sell to customers
- At least 5 year's experience within the manufacturing, mining, or construction industries
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence multiple functions in a large complex business with a growth mindset
- Proven background in project management, with experience in sales and providing exceptional customer service
- Advanced in Microsoft suite, with strong Excel experience with the ability to present operational reports
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and CRM (desirable, not essential)
- A current drivers licence and be willing and able to travel when required
