Operations Team Member

We're seeking an exceptional team member to join our customer-facing operations team.

  • This role is a vital contributor to delivering store operations activities in support of sales growth and profitability.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, ensuring cash handling and banking integrity.
  • Tender transactions, systems access, data integrity, web sales, extended warranty claims, telephone management, marketing, and promotional activity.
  • Contribute to financial performance through efficient inventory management and controllable expenses.
  • Manage all sales channel fulfillment in accordance with procedures.
  • Collaborate as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Enhance The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through online platforms and development opportunities.
