Integrated Security Systems Engineer

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Integrated Security Systems Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of integrated security projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic security systems, with experience in Access Control and CCTV design and installations. You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage integrated security projects including testing and commissioning, on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
  • Management of required resources and schedules.
  • Programming of Electronic Security systems configurations.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Produce timely and detailed reports.
  • Undertaking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activity on existing systems.
  • Installing small additions and changes to existing systems.
  • Undertaking surveys and assisting in the preparation of pricing for works required to customer sites.
  • Continual optimisation of service delivery and procedures.
  • Compliance with KPIs, procedures, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the Electronic Security industry.
  • Solid knowledge of executing fit-out of Integrated Security Systems (Access Control, CCTVs, etc.) at customer sites including cabling, electrical or mechanical work as well as performing maintenance and commissioning activities.
  • Certified on Security systems like S2, C-cure, Gallagher, Lenel, Milestones, etc.
  • Technical Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics engineering.
  • Proficiency in basic IT networking & CAD will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs.
  • Excellent communication and Inter-personal skills.
