Expression of Interest - Systems Engineers (Various Positions - Mid-Level to Lead)

Location : Adelaide, SA

Are you a skilled Systems Engineer with a passion for delivering complex, integrated systems that meet demanding performance and quality standards?

We're inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for upcoming roles in Systems Integration and Verification & Validation across mid, senior and lead level positions.

Join a growing, multidisciplinary engineering team driving some of Australia's most exciting and technical programs across Defence and Aerospace.

About The Roles

We are seeking candidates who can operate across the full systems engineering lifecycle - from concept through to validation and acceptance - with a particular focus on :

• Systems Integration (Mid + Senior Level Roles) - Bringing together subsystems and components into cohesive, fully functioning systems.
• Verification & Validation Lead - Manage the overall testing capability, whilst ensuring systems meet their intended purpose through rigorous test planning, execution, and compliance activities.

Mid-level roles will suit engineers with a strong technical foundation and a few years of experience, while lead roles will involve technical oversight, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

Degree-qualified in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related discipline3+ years (Mid-Level) or 8+ years (Lead) of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of systems engineering frameworks and V&V best practicesExperience in tools such as DOORS, Cameo, JIRA, and MBSE platformsExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsPrevious Defence industry experience desirable.
