Early Years Education Leader

AMIGA Montessori is a Victorian-based, family-owned childcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality child care and interactive learning experiences. We are committed to providing a holistic educational program that is structured around the Montessori pillars and aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework.

We are seeking an exceptional leader who is passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the National Quality Standards and corresponding law and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Leading a team of experienced educators and support staff to deliver high-quality child care and educational programs
  • Managing budgets, rosters, and other operational aspects of the centre
  • Building and maintaining relationships with parents and the wider community
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in early childhood education

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $100,000+ and a sign-on bonus of $10,000. You will also receive extensive business and skills training, childcare discounts, and opportunities for career progression.
