We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Compliance Programs Analyst - Hybrid. This role involves participating in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class compliance programs, policies, and practices.
Key responsibilities include analyzing comparative data, preparing regional and global reports related to compliance risk assessments, and monitoring adherence to Citi's Compliance Risk Policies and relevant procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for investigating regulatory inquiries, preparing required documentation, making recommendations to senior management on how to proceed, and preparing responses for regulatory inquiries.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in compliance, legal, or other control-related functions are preferred.
