Job Title: Manager Board Secretari

The Manager Board Secretari role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of secretariat services to senior leadership and Board members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Board and subcommittee meetings, including preparation and follow-up
  • Develop and distribute agendas, minutes, forward plans, and Board papers
  • Liaise with Executive and Board members to ensure meeting effectiveness and quality governance outcomes
  • Administer and maintain board management systems
  • Maintain compliance registers, corporate records, and governance documents
  • Provide onboarding support for new Board members and act as primary liaison for governance-related queries
  • Ensure consistency, confidentiality, and a high standard of corporate documentation
  • Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior Board Secretariat or Company Secretary support role
  • Familiarity with Diligent Boards or other board management platforms
  • Strong capability in drafting agendas, reports, minutes, and high-level correspondence
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including at Executive and Board levels
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Background in governance, legal, or compliance disciplines will be highly regarded
