Your key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating sales growth by leveraging sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Identifying and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and networking
  • Maintaining effective communication with prospective members via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Delivering exceptional sales presentations and tours to showcase our services
  • Creating personalized member journeys through positive interactions
  • Ensuring seamless club operations according to the roster schedule

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications
  • The ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals and drive them towards achieving their objectives
  • Superb communication skills – listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing others
  • A results-driven attitude with a natural desire to meet individual targets and team goals
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
