The Challenge

We're building a connected health ecosystem that integrates online and offline touchpoints, engaging all five senses. As the leader of Omnichannel Experience, you'll oversee a team that delivers seamless and immersive experiences, aligning with customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to design and deliver omnichannel experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with CX leadership to develop well-considered, desirable, and usable touchpoints that fit into the overall customer experience.
  • Emphasize delivery-focused innovation, integrating offline and online experiences to create a cohesive brand personality.
  • Navigate complex markets, such as China, to build and orchestrate experiences of varying maturities, cultures, and scale.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define product strategy across all ResMed experiences.

  • Strong understanding of experience design principles across CX, UX, ID, or other design capabilities.
  • Ability to influence broadly across the organization to drive a focus on customer experience and design excellence.
