The Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Experience Architect to lead our omnichannel experience team at ResMed. As a key member of our Customer Experience leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and immersive experiences across various online and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to deliver meaningful, engaging, and desirable interactions aligned with customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop and execute visionary experiences that are strategically aligned with the company's global business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate offline and online experiences and create a cohesive brand personality.
  • Emphasize the importance of delivery as the team shapes new areas by integrating offline and online experiences.

Requirements

  • Customer-first mindset: Deep understanding of our customers' experiences and a passion to continuously evolve and influence the way we design experiences and products.
  • Strategic and visionary thinking: Develop and execute visionary experiences that are strategically aligned with the company's global business objectives.
  • Inspirational leadership: Able to inspire teams through deeply considered vision that empowers individuals and teams.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of experience design principles across CX, UX, ID, or other design capabilities.
