About the RoleThis position involves designing and implementing engaging and inclusive learning programs aligned with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and EYLF framework. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and improve a high-quality educational program that meets the diverse needs of our students.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities;
- Build strong relationships with families through effective communication and regular updates;
- Collaborate with educators to design and implement assessment tools that measure student progress;
- Support educator growth through mentoring and reflective practice;
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes respect.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, as well as relevant experience working with young children. You should possess excellent communication skills, be energetic and committed, and have knowledge of NQF, EYLF, Inquiry Based Learning, Reggio Emilia Approach, and Nature Education.
