About This Opportunity

This role is an ideal fit for experienced diploma qualified educators who share our commitment to creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, exploration, and learning.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement open-ended, play-based experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in early childhood education and care, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Key qualifications required include a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved), as well as a working knowledge of the National Quality Standards, Child Safe Standards, and the Victoria Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
