Portfolio Management Specialist

The role encompasses strategic leadership and tactical oversight of a portfolio of high-performing properties in Sydney's CBD. As the Portfolio Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service, fostering positive tenant relationships, and delivering results-oriented leasing strategies that meet the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the team to achieve excellence in property management.
  • Financial Acumen: Report on all financials, meet financial targets, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Operational Oversight: Effectively manage risk and compliance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, aligning with business objectives.
  • Leasing Strategy: Implement leasing campaigns, collaborating with other departments to deliver desirable outcomes.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Degree in Property or related field.
  • 7-10 years' experience in the property industry.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Portfolio Manager.
  • Proven experience in property management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Strong influencing capability.
  • Demonstrated Leadership/management capability.
  • Learning agility.
  • Strong planning/organisation skills.
