Job Title: Mental Health After Hours Nurse Manager

Key Responsibilities and Job Description
  • Operational Management of After-Hours Services:
    • Ensure seamless patient care.
    • Efficient resource allocation.
  • Leadership and Clinical Oversight:
    • Management of staffing resources.
    • Oversight of clinical management issues.
    • Incident and complaint management.
  • Interprofessional Collaboration:
    • Liaison with other nurse managers across mental health services.
    • Cooperation with Macquarie Hospital Executive on Call.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
  • Extensive post-graduate experience in mental health leadership and management.
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven commitment to consumer collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork.
