We're looking for a professional, friendly, multi-skilled individual to join us as a Warranty Advisor (fixed term contract for 6 months) to support our customers who are raising a warranty claim for their vehicle.

You will be guiding customers through the warranty repair process and managing the daily operation of our warranty business together with our workshop team. You will be the first point of contact for customer warranty claims - ensuring customers have an enjoyable and transparent experience when dealing with any warranty issues.

What We Require:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a customer service and/or servicing & repair manager, or other experience in the automotive industry with basic mechanical knowledge, along with customer service experience.
  • The ability to liaise between customers and workshop teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient operations.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers when managing their outstanding warranty claims.
  • A passion and go-getter attitude to achieve strong customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and resolve queries.
  • Flexibility to work with new and changing technology platforms.
  • Preparedness to undergo a police and background check.
