Commercial Refrigeration Maintenance Expert

Our business is seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in the Sydney and Northern Beaches area.
The successful candidate will have trade qualifications in refrigeration, experience with preventative and corrective maintenance, and excellent communication skills. They must be flexible and able to work overtime, travel to various sites, and take on call duties as required.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough troubleshooting and identify equipment issues at stores across the region.
- Deliver regular maintenance and repair services in accordance with planned schedules.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed records of work completed.
- Monitor spare part inventory levels and recommend cost-saving initiatives to management.
- A valid Refrigeration Supervisor Certificate or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Strong post-apprenticeship experience in commercial refrigeration service and installation is required.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- They must also be willing to undergo regular training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
