The Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our Organizational Capability and Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our capability development initiatives and supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business managers and employees to design and implement learning programs that enhance employee performance and experience.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices and learning models to deliver engaging educational solutions that meet the needs of our employees.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary degree and Certificate IV in training and assessment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing learning programs.
  • Strong knowledge of capability development frameworks and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with the aged care/disability industry and its reforms (desirable).
