We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care to elderly residents in aged care facilities across Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual care plans">
  • Administer medications & treatments as prescribed">
  • Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions">
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery">
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records">

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse">
  • 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities">
