About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Minchin Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving online tax returns, completing tax returns for client subsidiaries, and liaising with clients and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approval of online tax returns for individuals
  • Completion of tax returns for client subsidiaries, primarily not-for-profits
  • Liaising with clients and external agencies on taxation matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Registered Tax Agent or willingness to become
  • Minimum 4 years experience in preparing tax returns, financial statements, and complex accounting tasks
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Xero and Handi Soft experience
What We Offer
  • Base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation
  • 50% profit share up to a $200,000 income
  • 30% profit share over an income of $200,000
