Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and client-focused individuals to join our Frontline Operations team as Taxation and Superannuation Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored and contemporary outcome-focused solutions that optimise recovery, influence client behaviour, and facilitate ongoing willing participation in the taxation and superannuation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients through telephony to meet their taxation, superannuation, and registration obligations.
  • Understand specific client needs and provide tailored advice based on legislation, policy, and procedures.
  • Process account activities through various channels, including phone, paper, web-chat, email, and online portals.
  • Negotiate, assist, and provide advice to clients to facilitate payment, lodgement, and debt recovery.
  • Manage difficult conversations to support clients in meeting their obligations, including vulnerable, hardship, and crisis-impacted clients.
Working Environment

Some roles may require working in a scheduled contact centre environment. You will work as part of a team, sharing your knowledge to collaboratively resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
