Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled team supervisor to lead our operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of up to 30 staff members, ensuring the efficient implementation of new practices and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in implementing new practices and procedures to increase team efficiency
  • Conducting regular field inspections on all crews to ensure workplace health and safety
  • Coordinating with managers to meet customer requirements and exceed expectations
  • Supporting and assisting as needed for specific audit and inspection programs
  • Monitoring personal presentation of teams and delegating tasks as required
  • Assisting with staff induction and training, as well as quoting work for clients
  • Working closely with the business leader to grow the department and achieve financial targets
  • Developing programs with clients to secure repeat business and reduce 'one off' jobs

The ideal candidate will have experience in tendering, quoting, budgeting, and forecasting/scheduling of work, and be keen and reliable with a long-term opportunity in mind.
