Job Description: We are seeking a Logistics Capacity Manager to develop and implement logistics capacity strategies that meet business objectives. The successful candidate will have experience in managing logistics capacity, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop intercontinental capacity plans, liaise with last-mile service providers, local fleets, and warehousing resource providers to secure advantageous resources.

  • nalyze the advantages and disadvantages of last-mile and truck delivery service providers, manage supplier assessment systems, establish procurement management systems and processes, and supervise implementation to ensure compliance.

  • ollaborate with internal teams such as product and operation teams to promote the implementation of production capacity and optimize existing resources.

  • onitor market conditions, share freight rate dynamics, and innovate models to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

  • equirements:
  • More than 5 years of work experience in the international logistics and warehousing field.
  • Candidates with experience in managing capacity procurement teams are preferred.
  • Proficient in full-process management of suppliers, excellent business negotiation and coordination skills, familiar with market capacity situation and price system.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese for work purposes, proficient in using office software and basic data analysis software.
  • Rich project management experience, excellent organizational coordination and teamwork skills, strong learning ability, able to independently handle unexpected problems.
