Catholic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide high-quality personalized care to our valued aged care clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide domestic assistance, including basic housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offer respite and transport services to appointments and shopping
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience as a Home Care Worker
- Australian driver's license and a reliable insured motor vehicle
- Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills
