We are seeking a qualified Aged Care Support Worker to join our team and provide practical support and companionship for older people returning home after a stay in the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help at Home: Provide housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation assistance.
  • Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, mealtime, and medication administration.
  • Transport: Drive clients to appointments or on shopping trips.
  • Social and Wellbeing: Accompany clients on outings and social support activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience in providing client-centered care.
  • Current First Aid certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
