**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled nurse to join our healthcare team. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care to patients and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and support less experienced nurses to ensure the delivery of quality care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered nurse.
  • Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Effective clinical communication skills, including the use of information technology, written and verbal means, and sound interpersonal skills.
