Senior Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises in our inpatient unit.
The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver person-centered care using best practice evidence and effective clinical communication.
- Deliver exceptional nursing care, prioritizing individualized needs and advocating for patient-centered care.
- Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to ensure quality care is delivered consistently.
- Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practice to inform decision-making and drive positive patient outcomes.
- Prioritize workload effectively, balancing multiple tasks to deliver care with integrity and accountability.
- Provide direct patient care, implementing individualized treatment plans and assessing patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate records, documenting patient information and progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
