Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our events team as a Function Attendant.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and teamwork skills, who can work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service. As a Function Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality experience to our patrons by setting up and breaking down of functions, preparing and serving beverages, table service for meals and beverages, operating tills and cash handling, clearing tables and cleaning duties, and assisting guests with event inquiries before, during and after functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages
  • Provide table service for meals and beverages
  • Operate tills and manage cash handling
  • Clear tables and perform cleaning duties
  • Assist guests with event inquiries before, during and after functions

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies
  • Available to work Friday and Saturday evenings, with some availability throughout the remainder of the week
