Asset Management Professional

This role involves overseeing the execution of all off-site asset shutdowns and return-to-work (RTW) events. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, as well as internal and external repairers and vendors, to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- The Asset Management Coordinator will engage with the rental team and other relevant parties to confirm and comply with requirements and deadlines.
- They will coordinate and review the building of required work scopes and quotes from repairers by gathering and supplying necessary data, inspections, etc., to ensure a compliant, reliable, quality, and well-presented product is produced timely and efficiently.
- Effective communication with stakeholders is crucial to ensure timely approval of RTW events and that progress is communicated.
- The coordinator will also coordinate the timely supply and return of required Emeco-supplied components and services to repairers to ensure RTW events proceed timely and efficiently.
- Maintaining RTW events throughout their duration requires regular communications and site visits with repairers and vendors, monitoring progress, reviewing and approving variations, and assisting repairers with problem-solving and solutions to ensure RTW events proceed timely and efficiently.
- The coordinator will also coordinate the RTW on-hire process to ensure the quality of the product and required documentation meet Emeco's and the client's requirements and deadlines.
- Planning and coordinating future RTW events for timely action by stakeholders, repairers, and vendors is also an essential responsibility.
- The Asset Management Coordinator will drive continuous improvement and ensure assets meet Emeco's safety and operational standards post RTW event.
- A relevant nationally recognized trade qualification.
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management (preferable).
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a Planning/Coordinator role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate maintenance projects and liaise effectively with vendors, clients, and relevant parties.
- Strong understanding of operational standards and mobile plant management.
- Ability to lead safety performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Excellent client and vendor management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proven track record in managing maintenance events and driving operational improvements.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.
- Customer-focused with the ability to address both internal and external customer needs effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on timely and clear information flow.
