  • Customization: Customize training materials to meet the unique needs of various audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize graphics and programming software to integrate visual elements, text, and audio.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure training materials adhere to ProSidian Consulting, LLC's quality standards.
  • Deployment: Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to deploy training content on the Moodle-based platform.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to government staff on updating and modifying training content on the LMS platform.
  • Industry Awareness: Maintain awareness of industry trends, instructional design methodologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in instructional design or training content creation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in multimedia software tools, including graphics and video editing software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate training materials. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Understanding of instructional design principles.
