About the Facility:
Our healthcare facility is a pivotal institution in the region, offering a wide array of medical services including emergency care, general treatment, and outpatient services. With a capacity of approximately 40 beds, we ensure that both inpatient and outpatient care is readily available to meet the diverse healthcare needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality midwifery care to expectant mothers and newborns.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
- Participate in the development and implementation of maternity care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Registered Midwife (RM) with current AHPRA registration.
- Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within the last year.
- Neonatal Advanced Life Support Certification.
- Certification in Medical Emergency Care (MEC), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), or Resuscitation Education Course (REC).
- Relevant certifications in advanced neonatal resuscitation.
- Completion of RANZCOG Level 2 CTG training.
- First Step Emergency Program (FSEP) certification.
