About the Role

As a senior physiotherapist and exercise physiologist with a passion for helping people, you have the opportunity to join our dynamic team at Tidal Health and take on a clinical lead position. Your proven track record of building and sustaining a busy caseload of patients in private practice will be invaluable in this role, where you will be responsible for managing all clinical elements of the business. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team and liaise with key stakeholders to drive business growth and development.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • General Practice Focus: Provide physiotherapy services across a broad range of conditions and demographics, addressing musculoskeletal injuries, complex, and persistent pain syndromes.
  • Clientele Development: Carve out a niche offering within the community, leveraging your expertise and interests to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
  • Leadership in Professional Development: Organize and plan the delivery of internal professional development sessions, focusing on injury prevention and treatment methodologies.
  • Operational Collaboration: Assist the director with operational tasks and strategic planning, and liaise with stakeholders, including collaboration with allied health team members and external partners.
