Participant Support Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Participant Support Officer to join our dynamic team on an 18-month contract with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve participant matters by actioning planning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide exceptional counter/reception support for our local office, including handling participant enquiries in self-help kiosks and providing accurate information.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, provide solutions, and refer customers to relevant Government or community services as needed.
  • Coordinate appointments using our office facilities and ensure seamless access for participants.
  • Conduct research and investigation activities, preparing detailed reports and correspondence as required.
  • Perform data entry duties and maintain accuracy while following up on tasks.
  • Receive and record complaints and other feedback from participants and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with participants and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience within Government or Disability is highly advantageous, but not essential.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • High level of attention to detail and data accuracy to maintain the highest standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for this position.
