Legal Receptionist

**Our client is seeking a Legal Receptionist (Wills + Estate Planning Assistant) **to assist in delivering extraordinary support each and every day to a team of 10-15 staff.
You will be the first point of contact for clients on the telephone. You will however also be assisting one of the partners in the everyday management of the Wills + Powers of Attorney.
**Experience in the legal industy is a MUST.We are unable to consider those who are studying or are a law graduate for this position.**
- This position is full time on-site in a modernoffice. Free parking on-site.
- The role is fast paced and there is never a dull moment but, you will always be supported and feel welcomed walking through the door
- Prior experience with Wills and Estate Management is a PLUS
**You will be required to provide high quality assistance including, but not limited to**:
- Attend to incoming calls and new enquiries
- Friendly phone manner
- Comprehensive diary management; organising and coordinating meetings
- Drafting engagement letters and cost agreements
- Conflict checks and due diligence processes
- Accurately review, proof-read and edit documents prepared by the Fee Earners
- Arrange the opening/closing of files
- Other general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required
- File and document management, including matter opening and closing, matter administration management, electronic and physical filing, scanning, printing, photocopying and archiving
- Proactive client contact management, maintaining client databases and key contact information.
