Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care Catering

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to lead the catering operations at our 126-bed aged care facility.

This is a unique opportunity to enrich lives through food, while delivering high-quality, flavoursome meals to residents.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef or similar leadership role, with a genuine passion for food and the joy it brings to people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated catering team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Plan and execute seasonal menus that meet residents' tastes, preferences, and dietary needs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations and standards
  • Manage budgets, ordering, and rostering while maintaining cost-efficiency
  • Build strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care team
