**Catering Operations Manager - National Role (Sydney-Based)**

Are you an experienced catering professional ready to take on a senior leadership role? Join a dynamic organisation as Catering Operations Manager, where you’ll oversee the national rollout and coordination of commercial catering services within corporate companies.

**About the Role**

As the Catering Operations Manager, you will take charge of diverse operations with each individual contract, including cafés, boardrooms, events, fine dining, and conference services. You’ll also be instrumental in outsourcing required services to third parties while maintaining exceptional standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the national implementation and coordination of corporate catering services.
- Manage a diverse portfolio, including cafés, boardrooms, high-end events, fine dining, and conference services.
- Liaise seamlessly with high-end clients, senior management, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Take full responsibility for operations, budgets, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers for outsourced needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of service across all operations.
