Role Overview

The Executive Leader of Primary Education is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our primary school.

This role involves providing inspiring leadership and stewardship of teaching and learning, collaborating with other leaders to develop a future-focused, student-centred learning culture.

The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with staff, students and families, uphold the values of our organisation, and lead with wisdom, humility and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams in an educational setting
  • Champion student learning and engagement through evidence-based practice
  • Drive innovation, improvement and change within a collaborative environment

Requirements
