Leadership Role: Head of Primary Education

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to take on the role of Head of Primary Education. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of primary education at our institution.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, championing student learning, and driving innovation in a collaborative environment. You will be expected to model and embed a Christian worldview through leadership and teaching, and to communicate effectively across stakeholders and build strong relationships.

This is a permanent executive leadership position, commencing January 2026. Applicants must have a right to work in Australia and be eligible for VIT registration.

About the Role

">

The Head of Primary Education will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership and stewardship of teaching and learning, working collaboratively with the Deputy Head of Primary (Teaching and Learning) and Year Level Section Heads to develop a future-focused, student-centred learning culture.

The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with staff, students, and families, upholding the values of our institution and leading with wisdom, humility, and faith.
