Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be based in Sydney to provide exceptional support to our customers and business partners. Key responsibilities include performing field and workshop maintenance on EWP's and Material Handling products, managing inventory levels, conducting routine travel, and facilitating client entertainment.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in field service roles within the machinery or equipment industry
  • A solid understanding of EWP's or Material Handling equipment is highly desirable
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality customer service with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time wisely, and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and a dedication to upholding strict safety standards
Key Skills
  • Trade-certified qualifications in mechanical or auto-electrical fields
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures for construction or agricultural equipment
  • Current permanent work rights with no restrictions in Australia
  • A current Australian driver's license
Compensation Package
