About the Role

Pacific National is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to leaders in executing business strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders, including senior leadership, managers, and employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive business outcomes, including recognition programs, employee feedback, and communication strategies.
  • Manage HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a proven track record of driving business success through effective talent management and employee engagement. You will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

What We Offer

Pacific National offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Base salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
  • Superannuation guarantee: 9.5% of base salary.
  • Annual leave: 4 weeks per annum.
  • Public holidays: 10 days per annum.
  • Flexible working arrangements: 2 days per week.
