
Pathway Coordinator

Key to the successful participation and completion of apprenticeships is the role of the Apprenticeship Support Officer. This vital position provides support to apprentices working in designated zones managed by our organisation.
The role requires travel across various locations, mostly in Southeast Melbourne. A current Australian driver's licence and a well-maintained vehicle are necessary for this position.
- Manage a caseload of apprentices and act as a key liaison and advisor.
- Assist apprentices to resolve issues arising with stakeholders.
- Provide mentoring and support while referring apprentices to personal support agencies.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer-focused approach to deliver timely information and expert advice.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate data entry using designated IT systems.
Essential qualifications include a relevant tertiary qualification and industry experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
A sound knowledge of the Victorian vocational education sector and experience working within the apprenticeship field are also required.
