Space Planning Specialist

As a key member of our Workplace Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing space planning strategies that optimize physical workspaces for productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.

  • Conduct user research and data analysis to translate user pain-points into actionable requirements.
  • Develop efficient space planning strategies and implement them effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on space utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records of space allocations and occupancy.
  • Improve internal platforms for workspace planning and optimization.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis for decision-making.
  • Support leadership in evaluating space needs and software suitability.
  • Manage external vendors and brief them on requirements.
  • Review and refine space management policies and standards.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of space management strategies.
  • Identify and implement innovative planning approaches to improve efficiency and workplace experience.
