As the Assistant Service Manager, you will support the OSHC Service Manager to lead and manage the service, ensuring operation in line with Government Regulations, Legislation, National Quality Framework, and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Service Manager to lead and manage the OSHC team
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to increase commitment to the PCYC brand
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a supportive culture of safety
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Minimum Certificate III in childhood studies or other recognised qualifications
- Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary OSHC team
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate
